Yesterday (1/31) was supposed to be the last day to book flights with United miles under the "old" award chart. United has extended the deadline by 2 days (until Monday, 2/3) so if you are sitting on United miles, this weekend would be the time to use them. Most awards outside of the US are going up, awards on non-United carriers within the Star Alliance are going up the most. Non-premium routes in the US are either staying the same or going up slightly.
At this point, the schedule for most carriers is open through the end of 2014 so you can book something for summer, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc...
